Project Overview
A "wellmaster" is responsible for the water supply and quality of their community. Rittmeyer AG is a company based in Baar, which develops and sells guidance systems for water suppliers. In this project, a new HMI was developped to guide and assisst wellmasters as well as on-call employees.
My Contributions
It all started with research: What are the users need? What is their mindset? Which tasks do they have to fulfill? After I identified their needs, I began to sketch two concepts. One of them was chosen by the majority of users. I generated a few ideas and built a high-fidelity prototype.
